Laura Farleigh


Short bio
Laura Farleigh is an experienced and highly skilled psychotherapist who has written and presented workshops on Self Harm and Eating Disorders for the DfES, the NHS, the Metropolitan Police and Childline. For over 20 years, Laura has worked with adolescents and adults as individuals and in groups, in schools, colleges, hospitals, GP surgeries and prisons. Laura is an Associate Trainer for Beat (formerly the Eating Disorders Association), held conferences at Guy’s Hospital and regional conferences around the UK, and facilitates staff support groups at London’s Cygnet Hospital in both the Eating Disorder and Borderline Personality Units. Laura has lectured for the Institute of Psychiatry at the International Congress in Madrid and more recently at the International World Conference of Psychology and Neuropsychiatry in Athens.
