Oliver has varied professional training as well as evolving his own approach to understanding motivation and behavioral change. His qualifications awarded by Future Fit and YMCA Fit include specializations in: Torso and core stability, Circuit training, Gym instruction, Psychology of behavior change, Ante and post-natal fitness training, Boxercise, Kickboxercise, Personal Training and Advanced Instruction. Oliver is a passionate runner and believes running to be a form of “active meditation”, a concept which he enjoys exploring with his clients. Oliver trained with The Centre for Coaching and uses Cognitive Behavioral principles as well as NLP in both his fitness training and coaching. Oliver engages the client in a collaborative partnership to develop the right approach to match their needs and goals, whether those are fitness related or connected to growth and improved performance in any other area of life.
