Short bio
Specialising in leadership development and change capability, Anne works as a management consultant, executive coach and facilitator. She has over twenty-five years’ consultancy and coaching experience, including five with PwC, and has been running her own independent consultancy practice for eleven years. Her particular interest is in transitions and building personal awareness and resilience through the use of reflective and mindful practices and rituals.
As an organisation development consultant, Anne’s projects have included international clients in both the private and public sectors, delivering business benefits to a diverse range of organisations such as Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Toyota, HP and the NHS. She has managed a wide range of change programmes and assignments, to support the integration of new team initiatives resulting from mergers, acquisitions and redundancy programmes. A common scenario is the need to establish and build community within teams, where trust has been broken. As a coach and facilitator, she has worked with business leaders and project management teams from diverse cultural backgrounds, inspiring and connecting them with their strategic vision, purpose and values.
Anne is an accredited facilitator, executive coach and supervisor. She is a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association of Coaching Supervisors (AOCS). She is an Interfaith Minister, Spiritual Counsellor and Supervisor with the One Spirit Interfaith Foundation.
