Short bio
For 10 years Dieuwke facilitated the Personal Empowerment Course for Senior Executive Managers at the Baak, the most established Management Institute in the Netherlands. In her private practice she coaches executive leaders. In the area of organisation development she is specialized in the approach of Natural Change about which she published a book in 2008. She was responsible for major change processes in big organisations like the Child Services in the Netherlands. One of her specializations as a trainer is conflict resolution. She worked first at the Peace Institute of the University of Groningen and later attended the courses of Danaan Parry, who worked in confict resoluton all over the world. He discovered that the split between men and women is one of the most fundamental conflicts on our planet. Dieuwke is now an accredited facilitator in ‘Essential Peacemaking Men Women’. She considers the principle of co-creativity between men and women one of the most important issues of this time.
